Client worked with ING Contractors to build a new addition to their house. They wanted a fresh screened porch in the back side of the house. This project required a complete set of city requirements to meet NC2018 Residential Codes, ING handled all city Plan Review, Engineering, Surveys, City Inspections and all Certificates. for construction, ING Contractors poured all concrete for foundations, built all framing, installed roofing system, gutters, siding, aluminum ScreenEZE system, paint and all electrical connections. The result, an astonish Screened Porch for the family to enjoy summer, adding value to the property.
