This deck had a compromised structural problem, client wanted to remove all rotted decking boards, demolish damaged stairs, extend current deck and relocate the stairs. This project did not require city inspection, but this construction meets all NC 2018 Residential codes. The result was a newly painted expanded deck for their to enjoy with their kids and dogs.
