Client contacted ING to build a new deck addition at the back of the house. Since homeowners had all city requirement in place, we dealt with the city for all footing, framing and final inspections. This project included building a new 10' x 12' deck with composite deck board, aluminum railing with concrete step and fiber cement fascia board with color plus technology. Ground was tested by an Structural Engineer firm for footing excavation and approved by the city. After all inspections passed, homeowner was happy with the result and is enjoying a new deck for the next 25 years.
