Client contracted ING to convert his existing back deck to a larger 20 feet deck. For this project client required Southern Yellow Pine #1 and hidden screws with no rail system installation. City did not required inspection on this project, completion time 4 days. A new stairs system was designed and built. Although the city did not request inspection, this construction meets NC 2018 Residential Codes. #summerdeck.
